About

Sean A. Meyer grew up in Northern Kentucky. He graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati in 2018.

Sean next earned a J.D. cum laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2023. During law school, Sean served as Publications Editor for the University of Cincinnati Law Review.

Subsequently, Sean served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Sheldon K. Rennie of the Delaware Superior Court and its Complex Commercial Litigation Division for the 2023-2024 term. After clerking, Sean joined Delaware law firm Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell as an associate attorney. He hopes to become a subject matter expert on corporate governance issues.
